ABOUT “MIGRANTS”

A multi-disciplinary exploration of identity, culture, and the spirit of human migration, Migrants includes tales of immigration from violinist-looper Joe Kye and Ching Ching Wong’s personal journeys. The show explores many themes relevant to a rapidly globalizing world: the celebration of roots, cross-cultural interactions, and the need to recognize universal humanity across borders and artificial boundaries.

At its conclusion, Migrants will offer audiences an opportunity to root themselves in their local community while simultaneously seeing themselves as part of a global village.
